We conduct venue staff training sessions for all use scenarios; a very typical course we offer is Church Staff Training. The most common scenario is 3 ea 2 hour sessions spaced over the course of 6 weeks. This includes:

• Objective and needs analysis

  • Preliminary discussion with senior staff on goals

  • Review of existing content (past live streams that show areas in need of improvement)

  • Pre-Class overview of existing systems and components

• 3ea Onsite, in person, instruction classes with Q&A sessions

• Implementation of lessons learned with existing workflow

• Review of Recordings through class progression (as a class)

• A Final Live session at a service (counted as a 4th in person visit)
